About OSIR

The Office of Significant Investments Review (OSIR), situated within the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI), is responsible for the administration of the Significant Investments Review Act (SIRA). SIRA complements existing sectoral legislation and manages significant investments into critical entities, to safeguard Singapore's national security interests.
