What is the Office of Significant Investments Review and its functions?
The Office of Significant Investments Review (OSIR) has been set up under the Ministry of Trade and Industry to administer and operationalise the Significant Investments Review Act.
OSIR will also serve as a dedicated one-stop touchpoint for stakeholders and welcomes any informal or pre-transaction enquiries which businesses or investors may have.
